Server access
How to Connect
The server browser is the primary way in. Search Dreaming Wilds in the in-game browser, or use the direct-connect IP we publish in Discord.
- Open The Isle: Evrima and join the Evrima branch.
- Search the official server browser for Dreaming Wilds.
What do I do if…
Ask the wilds
Type any keyword — harassment, exploit, event, connect — and the list filters live. Tap a question to expand it.
What do I do if someone is harassing me?
Take screenshots or clip the moment, then open a ticket in Discord. We act on evidence, not vibes — without a clip, timestamp, or screenshot we have very little to work with.
How do I report a player?
Open a ticket in Discord with a clip or screenshot plus the player's Discord username if you know it. The more context you give us (timestamp, what map zone, what dino) the faster we can act.
Are exploits, glitches, or bug-abuse allowed?
No. Using bugs to gain an advantage gets you banned. Reporting them in Discord earns you bones and our genuine thanks — we'd rather know than have it ruin somebody's night.
What about cheats, hacks, or third-party tools?
Hard ban, no warnings. That includes file tampering, ESP, speed/teleport hacks, anything that touches the game files in unfair ways. The Isle's anti-cheat is light, so we enforce hard.
Can I mix-pack with someone playing a different species?
Yes. Wilds is no-rules survival — pack with whoever, hunt whoever. We don't enforce realism rules around herd composition or species cooperation.
Are there body-down or KOS rules?
No. There are no body-down timers, no KOS rules, no territory restrictions. Survival is the rule — staff doesn't moderate hunting decisions.
Are there herd, pack, or nesting limits?
No. Group up however large you want, nest wherever you want. We focus enforcement on cheating, exploits, and harassment — not playstyle.
How do I find Dreaming Wilds in the server browser?
Open The Isle: Evrima, make sure you're on the Evrima branch (not Legacy), and search 'Dreaming Wilds' in the official server browser. Evrima doesn't support direct-IP connect — the browser is the only entry point.
Am I whitelisted? How do I link my Steam ID?
Run /link in our Discord and follow the bot's prompts to verify your Steam ID. Whitelisted players are auto-allowed; everyone else can still join the public server.
Can I interfere with a staff-led event?
No. Event interference is treated like exploiting — temporary suspension first, permanent ban if you do it again. When an event is active, event instructions override normal play.
How do I find out about events?
Event announcements go out in Discord and pin to #events. The website's /events page also lists upcoming sessions once they're scheduled.
What counts as spam in Discord?
Excessive caps, repeated pings, emoji floods, reaction spam, repeated link posts, off-topic dumps in support or report channels. Use the right channel and don't ping staff for ambient questions.
Is NSFW or shock content allowed in Discord?
No. NSFW, graphic, gore-for-shock, or extreme content gets removed and the poster gets warned or banned depending on context. Keep it server-appropriate.
Can I advertise my server, stream, or community?
Not without staff approval. We'll usually say yes for partnered streams or related communities — just ask first instead of dropping links cold.
I posted in the wrong channel — am I in trouble?
No. Staff might ask you to move it; just go with it. Channels exist so reports, support, media, and general chat all stay usable, not to gotcha people.
I got banned — how do I appeal?
Open a ticket in Discord (the appeal flow uses the same ticket channel as reports). Be honest about what happened. We review appeals; we don't auto-deny.
Staff told me to stop or move a conversation. Now what?
Follow staff direction. If you think the call was wrong, open a ticket afterwards and we'll talk it through — but don't argue it in public chat in the moment.
Reports & tickets
Need Staff Help?
Reports, appeals, and support questions go through Discord. Bring evidence (clips, screenshots, timestamps) and tag the appropriate staff role. The ticket flow lives in our support channel.
